This one doesn't come with a remote, but I had a remote from a different card I had previously bought.
Needed an adapter board to mount an octal flip flip and two clocks.
Bought an adapter from dig-ole
This adapter has pads above and below the IC pads, for caps or something like that. There are 4 pads, but they are tied together in pairs. Cut the traces between the pads.
Bought a Potato Semi 74374 (octal flip flop). This is to reclock the I2S signals before the DAC.
I installed a Potato Semi 74374 in the IC pads of the adapter. Note that you only end up using three of the eight available FFs, so you don't connect a bunch of pins.
I bought two low phase noise NDK clocks from this group buy
They can also be bought from Diyinhk. Good store that I've used before
Pinout in figure below. The "Land pattern" pinout is looking from the top of the part.
There was a tiny dot on the part that you needed a magnifying glass to see, at least I did.
I used one each of the NZ2520SDA-22.579200M-NSC5083D and the NZ2520SDA-24.576000M-NSC5083D,
I used a A123 LifePO4 26650 battery and a battery holder ebay battery holder
You can also buy them with tabs from Battery Space
