Power Supply bought
This supply gets good reviews, recommended by Tom's hardware
For my build, I was going to use 550 Watts which was enough, but 550 W only had one EPS/ATX12V 8-PIN connector. I changed to the 750x because it has two EPS/ATX12V 8-PIN's.
Seems like new MB's have one EPS/ATX12V 8-PIN and one EPS/ATX12V 4-PIN. You can use 1/2 of the 8 pin for that additional 4-pin.
750x specs:
6.30" x 5.91" x 3.39"
+3.3V@25A, +5V@25A, +12V@62.5A, -12V@0.8A, +5VSB@3A
Tool to calculate power required: https://outervision.com/power-supply-calculator
calculated draw using that tool
+3.3V . +5V . +12V
9.4 A . 10.3 A . 25.0 A
recommended wattage: 433 W
+12V is the rail you need to look at, but I only need around 25A and my PS can provide 62A so way more than enough. Probably too big, 650X does 54A which would have still left plenty of headroom for expansion.
Heat Sink bought
This Noctua is supposed to be really close to water cooling.
S version has only one fan, but you can add another fan if you need it. S is also designed a little differently to allow for bigger RAM modules

One strange thing about this case is there is a fan button on the top that doesn't do anything, at first I thought my case we defective but I looked at the reviews again and they said the same thing.
