Info on holes and cutouts I had to make for my Sissysit amp

Heatsink holes

Assembled two heatsinks with rails, then taped template on heatsink.  

Top to bottom hole height meant to place middle of M102 at 2" from bottom of heatsink, 1/3 height.

Hole placement to put holes in between heatsink fins.

Template placement is 1 3/8" from side of heatsink , 1 5/8" from bottom heatsink to middle of all holes

Middle of SIT a little higher than 2" from bottom.  Holes at 1 5/16" and 3" from bottom, 2 15/16 from side

SIT and M102 used 6-32 tapped holes. 

Other three board mounting holes were 4-40

Note:  Amp output is connected to 4 pin XLR female chassis mount connector (Amphenol 91-4RF)

IEC includes fuse holder and switch

Binding posts
1/4 from top = 1 16/32+3/32 = 1 19/32 = 1.594

2 + 1/2(3 9/16) = 2 + 1 16/32 + 9/32 = 3 25/32 =3.78 from edge.   Binding post 0.75 from post to post, so .375 is 1/2. 

Add and subtract .375 from  3.78
