Activity Info

In ASH, we have a twofold activity check; a monthly check and a seasonal check.

If you submit something to the group and send in the proper note, your bank tab will be automatically updated for you.

Players must post and submit one piece of content for the group each month in order to meet our player activity standards.

Failure to post a monthly piece without ticketing in or noting the group for more than two months will result in your removal from the group.

Please do not make a habit of submitting pieces last minute.

If we notice that someone is only posting at the very end of each month, staff will step in and have a conversation with said person about their activity.

Please note that memes do NOT count toward Monthly Activity unless specified!

You may submit ONE meme as a monthly activity requirement per season, but please say so in your cashing note!
This will save you the player from activity for the month, but will not count toward your character's Seasonal activity - you will still need to do a canonical piece for them to keep them safe for the Season.

We also have a secondary seasonal check, that is meant to weed out unused and inactive characters. You must post something for your characters at least once a season to keep them from going inactive.

Inactive characters are removed from the pack folders, rosters and become unplayable and they will lose 50% of the Dust collected in their bank. Items will be untouched. If this happens, you will receive a note on DeviantArt alerting you to the inactive status.

An inactive (or retired) character's bank is inaccessible until they are reactivated/taken out of retirement.

Don't worry; your inactive character isn't gone forever!

You may pay a 15 Star Dust fee to reactivate the character after another season has passed. However, you must pay for that character slot again. I.e; even if your second ever character was marked as inactive, you must pay whatever their new slot would be. In addition to having to be reactivated, they will lose 50% of their Dust, so be SURE to submit for activity!

Characters that go inactive are simply mentioned as having gone missing - should you reactivate them, you may come up with your own story.

If you are unsure whether or not you or your characters are safe, simply check your bank tab!

If you notice any mistakes, please let us know, we're only human.

If you want to let other members know that you're going to be busy for a few days/a week or more, just post a hiatus in the discord channel.
This is a good way to just make a blanket statement on your availability!
It does not, however, clear you from activity requirements.

If you need activity forgiveness for the month, please ticket in so we can properly remove you from the activity roster!

If you have ticketed in for an extended hiatus, you MUST ticket back in to remove it!

If this step is skipped, any pieces submitted or notes cashed will be denied until the hiatus is removed.

Staff keeps eyes on player profiles - if you have been active in other groups and were not answering notes, DMs, or other forms of communication asking about your activity/checking if you're okay, then you will simply have to reapply at the next opening and will not be reinstated.

If your account(s) go entirely dark for some period with no word or sign, your player profile will be put in 'stasis' mode for up to 6 months. You will not be removed from the group for that period, but you will need to note in/DM the group about coming back (we don't need details, you can just say 'death in the family', etc). Your characters will be reinstated without penalty.

If the 6 month period elapses with 0 contact, your characters will all be force retired and you will have to reapply in the future should you want to rejoin.
