Mr. Roy Dugosh

Mr. Dugosh is passionate about history and actively promotes Bandera. For many years he was the head of Bandera's historical commission. He has been named Resident of the Year mulitple times by the local Chamber of Commerce. On Saturdays, he and a group of friends perform historical reenactments for tourist on Main Street. 

Mr. Eddie Byrom

Mr. Byrom is the Career & Technology Coordinator for Bandera ISD. A graduate of Tarleton State University with a Masters Degree in Agriculture, Mr. Byrom has veteran’s level experience as a Teacher, Administrator, and Extension and Research Agent with Texas A&M University. Mr. Byrom leads the Bandera ISD Career and Technology (CTE) Department with an extensive focus on growing and expanding the individual pathways offered to BHS students as they prepare for college, the workforce, Military, and life beyond graduation. 

Dr. Nancy Shepard

Dr. Shepard is an author, professor, and entrepreneur who has written and published award-winning educational curriculum and research for children. Mighty the Mini Rolling Pin is her first children’s book, and the first of a series. Through her company “Rolling Pin Production”, she plans to create Rolling Pin Reading rooms in underserved communities, where children can receive books and experience the joy of reading. 

Mrs. Trish Wilson

Trish is a minister and author. Life is more than just doing life; it is about experiencing, enjoying, and seeing how one life intersects another and makes a difference in both lives.  Her motto is “you have one more day, to do one more thing, to change one more life, so don’t miss the opportunity.” What would happen if you start looking at every day as different, special, impactful, adventurous, challenging and life-changing? It would definitely get you out of bed in the morning.  That is the power of purpose and living life each day on purpose.
