M. A. in Geography

About the Course:

The college has started the PG in Geography w.e.f June 2019 with due permissions from the University of Mumbai. The PG program focuses on skill enhancement in the area of Remote sensing and GIS. After the program, the degree will be awarded by the University of Mumbai.

Eligibility:

The student with the graduation in geography as a full subject or in combination with other subjects can take admission for the PG in Geography.

Hostel Facility:

The college has a very good infrastructure and college provides an affordable hostel facility to the students on the campus and in the vicinity. Moreover, the government hostel is also in the vicinity of the college that provides free accommodation to the students belonging to reserved categories. Besides, residence in private rooms in the vicinity is also affordable to common students.

Admissions and Fee Structure:

The fee structure of the course is as per the rules and regulations of the University of Mumbai and the Government of Maharashtra. The fee of the students belongs to the reserved categories and the partial fee of open category students (those who are eligible for free-ship is reimbursed from the government. Also, the college provides the internal scholarship to the meritorious students of open categories as per certain criteria.
