A Note from the Team
If there is one key to successful outcomes for all children in a program it is collaborative teamwork. There is not one person in world who holds every piece of knowledge and experience around how to educate children. However, when we put the collective knowledge of several individuals together, we have a vast repository of experiences, knowledge, and skills. Parents know how children respond in all of the various settings that life entails, classroom teachers know how children perform in a true classroom setting with the peers and the distractions a classroom includes, special educators and related services providers have content knowledge and interventions strategies that support specific skills, and on...and on. It truly does take a village. Embrace your various perspectives. You will learn something from every person you come in contact with.
