For most effective use of Davison,

• When attacking, turn off the AUTO function so the dragon does not swoop into the battlefield and die too quickly.

• Fill the formation with 9-load troops. Paladin work particularly well with Davison.

When Davison is used in arena defense, his active skill is automatically activated and he often takes massive damage from his first swoop. Thus, experienced players often pick on players with Davison on defense. If you find yourself losing too many challenges from others, consider using a different hero such as Edward for your defense.
