Advantage

Throws a spear that can hit multiple enemy units in a straight line
Has the ability to "kite" enemy units

Disadvantage

Limited shooting and damage ranges
Relatively slow moving compared to most melee units

Range

Formation Positioning

A: Front line attack to deal high damage at start of battle
B: (Level 9) Front line attack to deal high damage at start of battle
C: The Peltasts are sacrificial pieces to lure enemy's front line melee units into a trap
D: The Peltasts can take heavy damage from enemy's long-range units before reaching the front line.
