What happens next ?
" The United States have a few days left to give grounds for their appeal against the decision.(they have just announced that they are going to continue with the prosecution - 2021-02-10 ) From Julian's father , John Shipton.

After that there would be , if the American Department of Justice appeals again then there will be Supreme Course.
If the Department appeals yet again there will be a European Human Rights Court hearing.

So this week when President Biden and Prime Minister Morrison speak on the telephone, Mr Morrison can advance Australia's cause here and have Julian return home to us.
