1. How was the process of picking out significant life events done for you? What were your considerations/criteria in choosing which event would be included in your timeline? Who are the people that were significant to you on the events that you have picked to include?

Choosing the most important events in my life was a bit emotional but also nice because it made me remember everything that helped me become who I am now. I picked moments that really made an impact on me, like those that taught me lessons, made me happy, or helped me grow stronger. The people who were part of these moments were my family, especially my parents and siblings, and also my friends who supported me when I needed them.

2. What were your thoughts and feelings while you were trying to determine high and low points in connection to the events that you have chosen?

While thinking about my high and low points, I felt mixed emotions. The high points made me feel proud and thankful because they showed my achievements and happy memories. The low points reminded me of the struggles I went through, but also how strong I became after facing them. It made me realize that both good and bad times are important because they taught me a lot about life.

3. How did you go about placing your "future" highs in the timeline? How did you go about plotting these future events? What were your present/past references for it if any?

When I placed my future highs, I thought about my dreams and goals like finishing my studies, getting a good job in Civil Technology, and helping my family. I used my past experiences as a guide, especially the things I’ve already achieved and the challenges I overcame. Those memories reminded me that if I worked hard before, I can still do it again in the future.

4. How do you feel about your timeline?

Looking at my timeline made me feel proud and happy. It reminded me of how far I’ve come and how much I’ve grown as a person. Seeing both the good and bad moments made me realize that everything that happened to me had a reason, and it motivates me to keep going and do better in life.

5. What are your overall realizations after the activity?
After doing this activity, I realized that every experience I’ve had, whether good or bad, helped me become who I am today. It made me see the importance of learning from the past while still looking forward to my goals. I also realized how lucky I am to have my family and friends with me through every part of my journey.
