1. What have you learned in this unit about your personal relationships with family, friends, partner, and organizations?
In this unit, I learned that relationships play a big role in shaping who I am and how I see the world. I realized that healthy relationships are built on trust, communication, and respect, whether it’s with my family, friends, partner, or the organizations I belong to. I also learned that every relationship requires effort, time, and understanding, and that conflicts or misunderstandings are normal as long as we choose to resolve them with honesty and care.
2. How do you assess the present state of your relationships?
Right now, I can say that my relationships are a work in progress. With my family, our bond is strong even if we face challenges at times. With my friends, I’ve learned to be more selective and surround myself with people who truly value and support me. With my partner, our relationship continues to grow through trust and understanding. As for organizations, I’m learning to be more involved and to work better with others as a team. Overall, my relationships are improving as I become more aware of my actions and emotions.
3. What do you plan to do in order to improve and strengthen your relationships?
To improve and strengthen my relationships, I plan to communicate more openly and express my feelings in a healthy way. I want to become more patient, understanding, and willing to listen to others’ perspectives. I’ll also make more time for the people who matter to me and continue to show them appreciation and support. Most importantly, I plan to keep growing emotionally and spiritually so I can become a better version of myself — someone who can build stronger, more meaningful connections with others.
