In my development, there are traits I appreciate about myself and others I want to improve. Intellectually, I am creative, quick to learn, and good at solving problems, though I tend to overthink and get easily distracted. Physically, I like my long legs, morena skin, and thick black hair, but I have many scars and a slim figure, standing 5’4 and weighing 46 kilos. Emotionally, I often feel happy and calm, but I easily get stressed and caught up in overthinking. I used to be very shy, but I’ve learned to be more open. Sensually, I enjoy using my sight and hearing the most, appreciating music and visual beauty, though I sometimes overlook my senses when I’m stressed. In terms of interaction, I am friendly, caring, and respectful to family, yet I can be too quiet and reserved around new people. Nutritionally, I enjoy fruits and home-cooked meals, but I eat too much fried food and avoid very spicy dishes. Contextually, I prefer quiet, cozy spaces and rainy days, though I am sensitive to noise. Spiritually, I feel peace when I pray or reflect, but I sometimes forget to nurture my spiritual side when I’m busy. Most of my weaknesses lie in my emotional, physical, and social interactions. To improve, I plan to practice mindfulness, be more confident in social situations, and take better care of my body. To enhance my strengths, I will continue learning, stay creative, and commit to a regular spiritual practice for balance and inner peace.
