Yujian is the youngest person to have ever served in the role of Master Wordsmith, his appointment during a lunar ritual came as a surprise as he was not even one of the official candidates.Ordinarily the Master Wordsmith holds a great influence over the guild but in Yujian’s case he is often overlooked or ignored by the senior staff. However despite the difficulties of his position Yujian is an active scholar and teacher and well liked by the students of the guild.
He has a keen interest in history and has a good relationship with the Heartseekers Guild, who sometimes visit him to discuss the strange discoveries they have made in the dungeons.

There are many Grand Smiths within the Novan Crafters but none are as famous or sought after as Rockheart. A dedicated smith of unparalleled skill, many novice crafters would give their own arms for an apprenticeship with him. Unfortunately the Grand Smith is also well known for his blunt and sometimes harsh personality, he has little time or patience for trivial matters and if he has a criticism he does not hold back. There have even been cases where he has withheld items from people because they didn't ‘deserve’ it.
Baku Rockhart rarely involves himself with the internal politics of Novan Crafters, preferring to stay neutral unless other members are getting out of line. The Heartseekers often commission crafts directly from him, though the relationship he has with the guild varies from person to person.

A boisterous warrior of the Fisherman, Cazaar currently holds the Head title for his daring catch of an enormous leviathan during the last eclipse. His manner often makes him the centre of attention wherever he is, never shy to loudly make an entrance or exit, and he’s a popular figure in the docks. Many regard Cazaar as an inspiring figure for his enormous bravery in the face of some of the sea's deadliest creatures, and is always the first to dive headfirst into danger (Sometimes literally).
He doesn’t hold much interest in the Dungeons, the monsters inside them are often “too small” for his liking, but he lets the Heartseekers borrow some of his sailors and boats so they can make their trips to the dungeons.

A sorceress of considerable power Delmara is well known throughout the city as a figure to be respected. With the entire Affinity under her control she is ultimately in charge of the Underwater Forests care and the distribution of food for the entire city. Armed with a sharp wit and cunning Delmara is a tricky person to deal with, inspiring fear and awe in equal measure with everyone she meets.
She has a keen interest in the activities of the Heartseekers, often bidding the most for access to dungeons or the items found within them. While she’s a major benefactor for the guild some members do worry about giving her even more power and influence then she already has.

The Golden Baron, Master of Coin, Savia the Third
“Yes, I am marvelous to behold. Now, what business have you brought me?”
The Lord Baron, Leader of the Maravan Hierarchy, is almost never seen in public and leaves most of the Guilds organisation to be managed by the council of Barons. The most prominent of these figures is Baron Savia, possibly the richest individual in the entire city. A Harpy of exquisite taste, she is never seen without her jewels and gold, and often makes a dazzling impression at whatever event she dines to grace with her presence. She has a keen eye for business and profit, and always wears a friendly smile to those who can help her make even more money.
Baron Savia is in charge of the Heartseekers bank accounts, safely storing their wealth and helping them provision any supplies the guild needs. If a member ever needs help with something unorthodox she is often the guild's first contact, and of course willing to ‘aid’ any business ventures for a ‘minor’ deposit. She’s known to invite her favorite Heartseekers to her private balls, where influential figures across the city are known to gather.
