Professional Learning and Ethical Practice

Standard #9 Professional Learning and Ethical Practice – The teacher engages in ongoing professional learning and uses evidence to continually evaluate his/her practice, particularly the effects of his/her choices and actions on others (learners, families, other professionals, and the community), and adapts practice to meet the needs of each learner.

INTASC #9 Interpretation- As educators you are a learner for life. You can never stop learning and growing as a teacher. Perfecting every aspect your practice, action, and all of the different adaptations of your craft.

Artifact: These artifacts include my Texas Dyslexia Identification Certificate and an overview of a long term substitute position I completed. The overview includes what my duties and responsibilities consisted of and an relflection. I have also included that I am a memeber of Texas Edicational Theatre Association that provides classes and training specifically for theatre educators as proffessional development.
