Standard #8 Instructional Strategies – The teacher understands and uses a variety of instructional strategies to encourage learners to develop deep understanding of content areas and their connections, and to build skills to apply knowledge in meaningful ways.

INTASC #8 Interpretation - By using multiple different types of instructional strategies allows learners to build knowledge and grow there learning. It is important to use the higher levels of learning so students can maximize there knowledge. Students can not master a subject or concept until learners can reach there top levels of learning. 

Artifacts - Every students is different. So our teaching needs to be different. Bellow I have an anchor chart describing differentiation, diverse learners, and multiple intelligence. The second section is more in the theatrical area with deconstructing the novel about a young boy on Broadway. In that section there are examples of a written summery, a show poster for the musical (creating), a character anylasis (anylasis), and scene snapshot (understanding). This shows developement in reading and writting that can be conected to English. While also developing publicity, acting, script anylasis in a theatrical aspect.
