Pay Tuition from Companion Native
Through Companion Native, students can view their outstanding balance and complete tuition payments from their mobile device. The app serves as a secure front end that connects directly to the institutional payment system (SIS / Anthology); payment processing and transaction records are handled by the university’s existing payment backend. After completing a payment, students receive an on-screen confirmation, and the transaction is recorded in the SIS.
A Short, Simple Payment Flow
The payment process in Companion Native is designed to be quick and user-friendly. Most students complete a payment in approximately 2–3 minutes, since the app guides the user step-by-step through balance review, payment method selection, and confirmation. An internet connection is required for the transaction to complete and be recorded.
Security & data handling
Payments are processed through the university’s established payment system (SIS / Anthology) and the institution’s payment processor—Companion acts only as a secure interface.
Card and banking credentials are not stored in the app.
Transactions and payment details are handled by the university’s backend systems and payment processor to ensure proper recording and reconciliation.
If a payment does not appear in the SIS immediately, students should contact Student Payments rather than attempting repeated transactions.
