With field-level security and streamlined workflows that cut administrative effort, mentors can spend more time coaching and less time on paperwork.
Enrollment Counselor Portal: A dual-interface workspace that supports BYU-Pathway’s enrollment function end-to-end. International counselors use a Power Pages portal designed for leads, application milestones, tasks, tickets, and knowledge articles with FERPA-aligned data minimization; domestic counselors use Dynamics 365 CRM (and the portal as needed) for deeper dashboards and reports. Both interfaces read/write the same applicant record, so updates appear in real time. The model balances licence cost, privacy, and functional depth—enabling timely, personalized outreach from first inquiry to completed admission.
Sentiment Data Analysis: Uses AI to read the tone of real interactions—Student ↔ Mentor conversations and chats with the Companion Bot (PWA)—classifying them as positive, neutral, or negative.
