Power BI is Microsoft’s analytics platform that turns organizational data into interactive dashboards and reports. At BYU-Pathway Worldwide, Digital Operations uses Power BI to unify student-journey and operational signals—support activity, satisfaction and sentiment, jobs-to-be-done progress, retention and academic outcomes, program engagement, and throughput—into clear executive views. We use these dashboards to drive evidence-based decisions: understand what students are trying to accomplish and where friction occurs (across linear and AI-assisted, non-linear experiences), track the impact of interventions (e.g., mentor outreach, Companion features), monitor quality/SLA and risk cohorts, and verify outcomes over time. 

Not all visitors will have permission to open every dashboard. If you click a link and see an access message, that is expected. To request viewer access, please contact Jacob Adams. Some dashboards contain sensitive personnel or student-performance information and are provisioned on a case-by-case basis.
Note: BYU-Pathway is migrating dashboards to a new tenant; if you’re unsure which account to use, Jacob can assist.

• Legacy links will be retired after the migration period; exact timing is not set and may not be relevant for all viewers.
