Endorsement Tool

The Endorsement Tool is an initiative designed to give chaplains a modern system (portal) for managing non-member student endorsements. The portal centralizes tasks such as tracking endorsement progress, completing required forms, and accessing student-related information. Although this project is owned by Admissions, Digital Operations supported the development by:

• Creating a new Power Apps environment with the necessary tables and structure.

• Working with ICS to build a dataflow that pulls student and endorsement data from Anthology Student into the portal.

• Developing the portal interface, forms, and views used by chaplains.

• Setting up user profiles and access roles.

• Providing ongoing maintenance now that the portal is live and in production.
