Jobs Profile
Job Readiness Assistant: An AI-powered feature within the Companion Native app that helps students practice and strengthen their job interview skills through realistic, voice-based interview simulations. The assistant conducts dynamic interviews that adapt naturally to the role the student is applying for and to the information shared during the conversation. After each session, it delivers structured, actionable feedback across multiple dimensions—including response quality, professional presence, technical competence, and strategic communication—along with an overall readiness score and clear next steps to support interview preparation and career readiness.
Employer Portal: Employer Portal — A secure employer workspace where partners create job listings, search and filter BYU-Pathway students who have completed a job profile and consented to share their data (Eligible), review real-time applicants for specific postings (Applied) with key details (hours available, mission status, typing scores, LinkedIn), and export precise shortlists to Excel for outreach. Filters include job listing, country, language, industry interest and work-location preference; for specialized lists (e.g., certificates or GPA) Career Development can produce verified, pre-screened rosters. Employers confirm hires by marking individual records as Hired (note: some partners such as MRP use separate internal workflows and do not record hires in this portal).
