... Our program gives participants access to tools, strategies, and techniques orchestrated in a fashion that elevates learning to a new level of experience and efficacy. We show them how to optimize their training environment and training programs to achieve outstanding learning results.

What it is?

In two dynamic, inspirational and confidence building days participants will learn to design and deliver training sessions in a brain-stimulating way.

Rather than teach a variety of games and processes which could be reproduced, we will focus on the basic principles of creativity and invention so that participants become adept at creating their own activities set in their own style. En-Lightning Training workshops don’t produce clones, but focus on utilizing a trainer’s natural ability to develop unique ideas for turning a variety of materials into enjoyable and effective training sessions.

Training Executives, Product Executives, HR Executives, Managers in Training and Product Management Departments, Managers/supervisors/Engineers in factories.

What are the benefits?

What are the objectives?

At the conclusion of this program, participants would be able to:

· Identify the characteristics of an exceptional trainer.

· Be able to explain how adults differ from children in the way they learn.

· Understand and identify different behavioral styles and adapt training as necessary.

· Explain what an affective training program looks like.

· Make effective planning for training

· Be able to describe a need analysis and why it is a necessary step in any training program.

· Explain various methods for making lecture-based programs active.

· Develop effective presentation skills to deliver the training in an efficient way

· Present information in a clear, concise, engaging manner.

· Learn the listening steps and ways to improve listening

· Develop strategies for handling hecklers, bullies, and other disruptive participants.

· Point out the highlights and pitfalls of various visual aid options and classroom seating arrangements.

· Making training interactive
