We tend to behave the way we feel. A person’s behavior and attitude,
may many of the times, esp., in the industrial workplace, end up in harassing the sub-ordinates. Positive attitude and good behavioral skills/human skills of the supervisors/managers are at the base of every successful organization because at the every point of the day they have to reach out to their people. The ‘otherwise’ attitude, behavior and harassing the employees result in annoyance of the subordinates and ultimately loss of productivity.
This AimPlus Training focuses on these issues to develop the supervisors’ ABS (attitude, behavior and skill) aiming at “Developing ABS: A Congenial workplace’ to reach the company objectives.
Target participants: First line supervisors of garment industries.
Training Duration: 2 days in in two weeks. (1 day in the 1st week and 2nd day on the next week).
