Recruitment

• The candidate should apply via the vacancy link on BambooHR  (https://adventgroup.bamboohr.com/jobs/) and you should send an e-mail to recruitment@adventgroup.net with the name of the person you are recommending.

• If they are hired and stay in the company for 6 months, you will get a bonus once the person has passed the trial period of 6 months. 

You should ask Ina or Evelina to send you a Recruitment and Selection form in Bamboo. Once you have completed it, the recruitment process will start.
