Company Structure

As you know, Advent has a big portfolio of products and services and we operate in a dynamic environment where we need to adjust quickly to the market changes. 

That is why we have a Matrix structure, which allows us to achieve higher efficiency, and quick market adaptation.

Advent products and brands are organised in clusters called Business Units; each of the Business Units has a Business Unit Director and a Project Management Team which are responsible for the success of the services and product lines that fall under their market segment. 

Also, we have Functional Departments including Marketing, Human Resources and IT Department. The role of these departments is to support the efforts and the strategy of all Business Units and to provide the expertise needed for the success of our brands. 

Sometimes depending on your role, this leads to the fact that you may need to report to a project manager from a business unit and also to your direct manager.
