In Bulgaria, all of the employees benefit from additional health insurance from "FiHealth". The coverage for the employee is covered by the company and they have the possibility to add members from their family. The cost for their coverage will be deducted from the employee's salary.

In France, we offer health care coverage with a "mutuelle". The mutuelle covers many aspects of health care: specialist consultations, dentistry, glasses. Please see the attached table to see the categories and the corresponding reimbursement rates:

Standard level cover GE2 of the mutuelle will be covered by the company. Should you wish to add a family member to the policy, the additional charge will be deducted from your salary.
As of Jan 2023, this is 50.96 for a Duo policy or 122.44 for a Family policy.
If you wish to opt for a higher coverage level, a second sum will debited directly from your bank account. Please see the attached table for details.

Employees receive 5 additional bonus days off per year in addition to annual leave. This applies to employees that accrue 20 days annual leave per year. For the French office, the number of additional bonus days is 3 per year.
- The bonus days can be taken only after all of the annual days have been used.
- The days are loaded in BambooHR in “Bonus days” section from where you can request them.
- An application must be filled in by the employee and an Order for the use of these days must be drawn up by a Human Resources Specialist.
Non-travelling employees may enter the Hostess Lottery to win a trip to attend an event as an event host/hostess.
The company will cover the cost of travel, accommodation and daily expenses for the recipient according to the standard event budget amounts. The winner can attend an event of their choice in the European tour subject to availability. The Event Manager of the event must be consulted. The recipient must also validate their absence with their direct supervisor.
The lottery winner must comply with all event related company policies, follow instructions from the onsite event manager and prepare an expense report for the trip.
The lottery is only open to employees that do not travel as part of their regular duties.
The lottery participation dates will be announced by the HR department.
In France, employees receive one restaurant ticket for each full work day (i.e. a working day of more than 6 hours split with a lunch break). Absence for any reason (annual leave, sick leave etc.) will result in the deduction of a restaurant ticket for that day.
The restaurant tickets have been dematerialised and eligible employees have been issued with restaurant ticket payment cards. You may check your balance on the following website:
