Offboarding

• Firstly, inform your direct manager about your decision. Discuss with them your last working day at the company.

• Secondly, send an email to the HR expert, Pavleta Georgieva - inform her of your decision and your last day and she will advise regarding the next steps. 

• You will receive some tasks from BambooHR - remember to fill in the exit survey and to sign the protocol for the company assets.

• A recruiter will contact you to schedule an Exit Interview with you before your last day.

You will receive your last salary at the beginning of the month following your last day in the company. It will be paid together with all the salaries.

If you are still due to to receive bonuses related to events or commissions for deals that you carried out prior to your last working day, these will be taken into account for the calculation of your final payroll period.

This does not apply to any annual bonuses calculated at fixed yearly periods.

You have to speak with your direct manager. If he/she agrees with an earlier date, it's fine. Be sure to inform HR Expert, Pavleta Georgieva.
