Payroll

Each employee can receive a prepayment from their upcoming salary, not bigger than half of the salary. In order to do so, he/she should send an e-mail stating the exact amount either to the HR Expert, Pavleta Georgieva (Sofia) or HR Coordinator, Rosemary Byrne (other offices) not later than noon of the second last working day of the week (usually Thursdays). The prepayment will be paid via bank transfer on the last working day of the week (usually Friday). 

• For employees in Bulgaria, you should have received an e-mail from zaplatite.bg with your credentials on your personal mail in the first weeks of your employment. If not, please write to hrteam@accessmba.com

• For employees in France, UK or Canada, the HR Coordinator, Rosemary Byrne will give you the payslip every month. Please contact her directly via r.byrneadventgroup.net. 

• You will be in charge to update your new account in Bamboo HR.

• Also, please write to Pavleta or Rosemary with your request and be sure to provide the bank issued document with your new bank account details.
