How to see room's availability in the office?
1. In Outlook, click the right button on “My calendar” as shown below and then choose “Add Calendar” & From Room list
2. Select the rooms you wish
How to access your e-mail from a browser?
Here is the link you should use: https://mail.accessmba.com/owa/
As username, you should use your company e-mail with extention "accessmba" as in the following example …………………..@accessmba.com (as well as for the company directory and data server)
How to create a meeting in Zoom?
If you want to host a meeting, you need to log in from one of the meeting rooms and invite other participants.
Go to: https://zoom.us/
On each computer/NUC/ in the meeting rooms we have set up usernames and passwords for Zoom with the following log in data:
Paris meeting room – email: contact@adventgroup.net
Jumeirah – email: zoom_jumeirah@adventgroup.net
Niagara – email: zoom_niagara@adventgroup.net
Ushuaia – email: zoom_ushuaia@adventgroup.net
Tivoli – email: zoom_tivoli@adventgroup.net
Serdica – email: zoom_serdica@adventgroup.net
Marina Bay – email: zoom_marinabay@adventgroup.net

If you are not automatically logged in, use one of the emails above and the password below

If you are automatically logged in, you will see the options for Hosting a meeting or joining one
After logging in, go to “Host a Meeting” or "Schedule a Meeting" with Video On/off
When you choose “Host a Meeting”, the system will automatically lead you to a window where you should click “Open Zoom Meeting”
Remember that you will need to choose an option from "password" or "waiting room" to secure your meeting creation
To invite people, press the “Invite” Button in the left corner and choose how you want to invite them, by Copying the URL and send it in Skype or by email.
When your participants join you can always add more, mute some of them, record this meeting and chat in the meeting window.
How to set a picture to your email account?
If you wish, you can add your picture to the company email account you will use. Remember that the picture will be public so it should be formal and professional.
You can add the picture from Settings in the Company Outlook Web Access.
How to proceed if I want to change my computer?
Speak with a specialist from IT Services (techsupport@adventgroup.net or +35924918300) to obtain an opinion on the condition of the device and their recommendations or repairs and upgrades.
If they advise to replace, you must contact your direct supervisor for validation.
How to use the printer in Sofia?
Choose one of the listed options of the printing on the drop-down menu.
In case you are not seeing the options, please write to techsupport@adventgroup.net
Once you choose the option on your computer, take your personal card and activate the printer with it
In case the printer is not printing, please write to techsupport@adventgroup.net or ask on the Reception for instructions.
How to use the printer in Paris?
Connect to the WIFI: network Atendia, password Advent123456.
Open Printers and Scanners.
Click add a printer and select iR ADV C5535 III.
Once installed, select the above model when printing.
You may need to manually select the paper type. If the page size is shown as "letter", manually selct your paper size (A4, A3) in output size. If you didn't do this on the computer, you can select the paper manually from the printer. Click on the button "suivi" to obtain the task list and then choose a paper size from the options.
How to scan with the printer in Sofia?
1.Take your access card and activate the printer.
2. Choose option 'scan' and put the document for scanning.
3. The document will be scanned and saved in your personal scan folder that is on your Desktop.
4. In case your folder in not on the desktop, please write to techsupport@adventgroup.net for assistance.
Keep in mind that the space is 300 MB and you should clean it regularly.
How to scan with the printer in Paris?
1.Click on login.
2. Type password 0000.
3. Click on login twice.
4. Choose either "scanner et envoyer". Here you can type your email address to receive the scan via email. Alternatively, select "scanner et enregister". Please insert your USB on the right-hand side of the machine. Follow the prompts and select your USB on the screen.
5. Scan by pressing the large green circular button.
How to get to the Ticketing system?
When you open Outlook, go to your e-mail address that is under the Inbox
Make a right click on it to open the menu bellow
Go to "Data file Properties"
Open the 2nd tab "Home Page" and select/ check "show home page by default for this folder" as shown below
How to ask IT services to help you via the team viewer?
Go to the Team viewer's icon in the start bar of your computer as shown on the pic below. If the icon does not appear on your screen, you can type "Teamviewer" into the Windows searchbar.
When you open it, there is a button "help me" where you can send a request to IT services to access your computer online and help you.
