How to see room's availability in the office?

1.  In Outlook, click the right button on “My calendar” as shown below and then choose “Add Calendar” & From Room list

2.   Select the rooms you wish

How to access your e-mail from a browser?

As username, you should use your company e-mail with extention "accessmba" as in the following example …………………..@accessmba.com (as well as for the company directory and data server)

How to create a meeting in Zoom?

If you want to host a meeting, you need to log in from one of the meeting rooms and invite other participants.


On each computer/NUC/ in the meeting rooms we have set up usernames and passwords for Zoom with the following log in data: 

Paris meeting room – email: contact@adventgroup.net 

Jumeirah – email: zoom_jumeirah@adventgroup.net 

Niagara – email: zoom_niagara@adventgroup.net 

Ushuaia – email: zoom_ushuaia@adventgroup.net

How to set a picture to your email account?

If you wish, you can add your picture to the company email account you will use. Remember that the picture will be public so it should be formal and professional.

You can add the picture from Settings in the Company Outlook Web Access.

How to scan with the printer in Sofia?

1.Take your access card and activate the printer.

2. Choose option 'scan' and put the document for scanning.

3. The document will be scanned and saved in your personal scan folder that is on your Desktop.

4. In case your folder in not on the desktop, please write to techsupport@adventgroup.net  for assistance.


Keep in mind that the space is 300 MB and you should clean it regularly.

How to scan with the printer in Paris?

1.Click on login.

2. Type password 0000.

3. Click on login twice.

4. Choose either "scanner et envoyer". Here you can type your email address to receive the scan via email. Alternatively, select "scanner et enregister". Please insert your USB on the right-hand side of the machine. Follow the prompts and select your USB on the screen.

5. Scan by pressing the large green circular button.

How to ask IT services to help you via the team viewer?

Go to the Team viewer's icon in the start bar of your computer as shown on the pic below. If the icon does not appear on your screen, you can type "Teamviewer" into the Windows searchbar.

When you open it, there is a button "help me" where you can send a request to IT services to access your computer online and help you.
