Winter's Gift

The "Winter's Gift" Quest is part of the Winter Holidays Event during which players can unlock/receive some cosmetics.

Event Date;

(2024) - December 4 to January 1.

(2025) - December 4 to January 4.

Here's what players can unlock;

An ingame Title; "The Winter Dragon".
The "No" emote.
A Snowslayer skin pearl. (per dragon)
A "Shellmoths" cosmetic pearl. (per dragon)

Note: Each rewards must be unlocked per server. Titles are per server. Cosmetics pearls are per dragon.

This little guide will explain you how to get them all!

Here's a map to give a global view of the Quest. It shows every NPCs locations you will need to meet.

1. Speak to the White Dragon

"The White Dragon"

Specie: Flame Stalker

Location: 98N 281E - Zone I5 (Near Ramp)

The White Dragon is the first dragon you need to meet to start your adventure. This one will share about the festivities and embark you on a quest to unite all dragons.

Here's the answers to complete this step;

What are we celebrating? (Ans: 2)
How often does Winter come? (Ans: 2)
Others Lands? What other lands? (Ans: 2)
Winter's Gift? (Ans: 1)
I will help find Winter's Gift, for all dragonkind. (Ans: 1)

When done, you can proceed to the next step which is to meet up with; Ikioh.

2. Speak to Ikioh to begin your Search

"Ikioh, King of the Icehorns"

Specie: Icehorn

Location: 94N 294E - Zone I5 (Near Ramp)

Ikioh got 2 possibles outcomes; guiding you for your questline and/or giving you a Snowslayer skin pearl.

For the main questline, here's the answers to complete this step;

The White Dragon sent me to ask for your help, I wish to find Winter's Gift. (Ans: 3)
Has anyone ever found it? (Ans: 3)
I am ready to begin my quest. (Ans: 3)

For the Snowslayer pearl, here's the answers to complete this step; (you must do this with every dragons, a pearl each only)

I have never seen your kind before, what are you? (Ans: 1)
Are you one of the Firstborne. (Ans: 1)
I heard that you single-handedly slew a Snowslayer Worm. (Ans: 1)
Is that a Slayer Worm frozen in ice? (Ans: 1)

Note; All dragons can wear the skin if they own the pearl. The skin isn't inheritable.

When done, you can proceed to the next step which is to meet up with; Erethraul.

3. Find Erethraul the Frostfel

"Erethraul, The King on Frozen Throne"

Specie: Frostfel

Location: 639N 557E - Zone K1 (On "Bacon" peak)

Erethraul will mention about having found the Winter's Gift, but will refuse to share and push you to find your own.

Here's the answers to complete this step;

I have been sent to you by Ikioh and the White Dragon. (Ans: 3)
Did you find Winter's Gift? (Ans: 2)
What must I do to find my own? (Ans: 2)

When done, you can proceed to the next step which is to meet up with; Nauvea.

"The OUtcast"

Specie: Dravern (Hybrid)

Location: 95S 495E - Zone K7

Little Easter Egg; Erethraul inform you that with disdan, they have turned into ice an unfortunate hybrid. This hybrid "statue" can be found on the map.

During the 2025 Event update, the hybrid model have been changed.

This hybrid is now named, "The Outcast".

The hybrid can now be 'thawned' (if you use a Flame Stalker or Inferno Ravager) and you can share a talk with it.

If you give it the right answers, it will offer you a cosmetic pearl, called the "Pearl of the Shellmoths".

4. Speak to Nauvea

"Nauvea, Queen of the Deeps"

Specie: Tidal Shock

Location: 30N 147E - Zone H6 (On the Cherry/Bio island)

Nauvea doesn't have much dialogues, but will share some information about her specie.

Here's the answers to complete this step;

Erethraul sent me. Will you help me find Winter's Gift? (Ans: 3)
That which will unite all dragonkind together again. (Ans: 3)

When done, you can proceed to the next step which is to meet up with; Ziizu.

5. Search for a Dragon in Need of Help

"Ziizu, The Egg Snatcher"

Specie: Zigovo

Location: 364N 555W - Zone C3 (Near Lime Lake)

This 'enthusiast' little fella is the dragon in need of help, Ziizu will ask you about an egg.

Here's the answers to complete this step;

What is so beautiful? (Ans: 3)
Do you need help? (Ans: 1)
What do you need me to do? (Ans: 1)

6. Ask for an Egg

Next, turn around to speak to the Brood Watchers nearby. Asking;

Hello? (Ans: 1)
That little feathered dragon wanted me to ask you about your egg. (Ans: 1) {or} (Decide to find a Swamp Snapper egg instead) (Ans: 2)

7. Return to Ziizu

Collecting the egg actually hurted you (only in the Quest dialogues, don't worry your dragon is actually fine in game)

Come back to Ziizu and answer;

I stole their egg but it almost cost me my life! (Ans: 3) {ou} Stealing isn't right Ziizu. Those Broodwatchers have only one egg and it belongs to them. But, I won't let you go hungry so I brought a Swamp Snapper egg instead. (Ans: 4)
What about my wounds? (Ans: 2)
What do you mean? I got these wounds helping you. (Ans: 2)
Where do I find this, "The Healer"? (Ans: 2)

When done, you can proceed to the next step which is to meet up with; Saemokta.

8. Find the Healer

"Saemokta, The Healer"

Specie: Singe Crest

Location: 70S 10E - Zone G6 (At Big Rock)

This colorful wyvern is the Healer, ask them if they can heal you.

Here's the answers to complete this step;

Are you the one they call, "The Healer"? (Ans: 1)
Yes, I was injured while feeding a little feathered zygovo. (Ans: 1)
I cannot believe it, I am healed! Now I can resume my quest. (Ans: 1)
I seek to find Winter's Gift, something so powerful it can unite the world against the Nharogk. (Ans: 1)
Yes, do you know him? (Ans: 1)
Thank you for the clue and for the healing. (Ans: 1)

When done, you can proceed to the next step which is to meet up with; Zefihra et Zemohra.

🛑ATTENTION: For the next step, you must proceed with caution, as some answers may result in the death of your dragon without any chance of recovery.

Follow the next responses below carefully.

9. Discover the Wound Which Will not be Healed

"Zefihra, Heiress of Zemohra"

Specie: Fireclaw

Location: 494S 195W - Zone E10 (Between River and Swamp)

When arriving near the 2 Behemoths, make sure to speak with Zefihra first. Ask about her mother and the wound.

Here's the answers to complete this step;

I am looking for the one who is wounded, but the wound cannot be healed, not even by the Healer. (Ans: 2)
Who is it that carries the wound? (Ans: 2)
Your mother is mad because of a defeat? (Ans: 1)
Is he still alive? (Ans: 1)
Ice is not like fire. There is a good chance he can be revived by the Healer once thawed. (Ans: 1)

Once done, turn your attention to Zemohra, the melanistic behemoth next to Zefihra.

10. Speak to Zemohra

"Zemohra, Queen of the Fireclaws"

Specie: Fireclaw

Location: 498S 195W - Zone E10 (Between River and Swamp)

Now at Zemohra, this is where you need to be careful. If you give a wrong answer, this NPC can kill your dragon.

🛑NEVER ANSWER "Accept your fate" or "Run away"!

This is also the one who will gives you the "No" emote if you answer her "No" 3 times. If you follow these responses below, you should be killing two birds with one stone.

Here's the answers to complete this step;

Zefhira asked me to speak to you about your mate. (Ans: 2)
No... (Ans: 2)
No. (Ans: 1)
No! You are the one who is dead already on the inside. Now you will listen to me! (Ans: 3)

11. Return to the White Dragon

Back to the White Dragon, share with it what you've learned.

Once done, the White dragon will breath on you some of its blue fire.

Congratulation! You should have received the ingame title, "The Winter Dragon". You can assign a title via your Social panel, by pressing 'O'. The titles are at the top left of the screen.
