The LIVE Virtual Party
RIGHT BEFORE THE EVENT STARTS:
If you would like to go live for your event, please do so for NO MORE than 5-10 minutes and do this BEFORE your event starts.
If you want to send a notification to guests about the party starting, simply change the name of your group to “PARTY TIME! YOUR NAME’s Launch Bash with PaperPie!” (deleting the date & time portion). This will send a notification to all guests.
Remove the "Save the Date" announcement post at this time.
DURING THE EVENT:
If you’re not using Vizzlie to automatically post, ensure your posts are spread out enough to give guests time to read/watch the video/etc.
Whether this is your launch party or one for a hostess, MAKE SURE you are responding to every post and every guest’s comment(s). The more you interact, the more your guests will. This helps keep engagement high and helps your party feel like an in-person experience. Guests love to see and hear the person they are there for!
Have your join link ready (found on your e-commerce site under "join" tab) for any questions about becoming a consultant and joining your team. Show them the kit and what they get! Have this ready even if you’re hosting your own launch party :)
Keep an eye out during your event for guests who might want to earn books for FREE, they can host a party with you to do so! (PRO TIP book two parties the following week from your launch party to put your new skills right into action, help two families build thier home library & begin to reach beyond your personal network!)
Enjoy your party, have fun & indulge in some virtual adult convo around a fun subject: awesome books!!
WHEN ORDERS START COMING IN:
After The Party
Timeline: Immediately after the live event & the following two days after the live event before the shopping wraps up.
Your host will receive emails about each party sale but keep updating her with the total number. Some of the rewards bump significantly at different points, so if she’s close to a bump, let her know and encourage her to follow up and engage with guests. Set a goal for her!!
After the first few orders are in, (usually the morning after the party has happened) I always like to post a “thank you” gif or image (here is a folder of THANK YOU images Brittany created & uses!) and tag the people who have ordered. You can also post one image of a book they have ordered and thank them individually and/or tell them why you are excited they chose that book. Have fun and make this personal to your style!
