1. 1. StoryStart: Reward program for your first 8 weeks with PaperPie.

• This program is broken into four, two-week segments, each with a goal for sales and team building.

• Earn a prize for meeting the sales goal, earn a prize for meeting the team building goal, and earn a bonus for meeting both!

1. 2. Pro Level Perks: Pro Level Perks change monthly & quarterly & are available to all consultants, including those in their StoryStart.

• There are three challenge levels with prizes associated with each.

• Prizes are sent automatically from home office, typically within a few months.

• Pro Level Perk: $1,000 in sales earns you the Pro Level Perk

• Premium Level Perk: $2,000 in sales + 1 new Brand Partner earns you the Premium Level Perk

• Platinum Level Perk: $6,000 in sales + 3 new Brand Partners fin a 3 month quarter earns you Platinum Level Perk

1. 3. Sales bonus: Available to all consultants, including those in StoryStart.

• In any month that you meet $1000+ in web sales (full retail orders/orders from your e-commerce site), you earn a 4% bonus on that month's sales. There is no limit.

• Sell $2000 in web sales that month? $80 bonus for you, on top of your regular commission.

• Book Fair & Cards for a Cause sales do not count towards this bonus.
