The very first step once you receive your welcome materials, before you do anything else--is to set up your direct deposit.
Direct deposit ensures that you are automatically paid Wednesday for the previous week's sales.
If you do not submit direct deposit info, your commission will be paid out via check and mailed to you. Checks are mailed only once per month, and only once commission equals $25 or more.
Because our commission is also our personal discount on product, it's vital that you do this step even if you only plan to use the site for your own personal orders.
Back office is where you can find:
Your dashboard, which is a summary of all of your sales and progress.
The place where you sign up for direct deposit so you can get paid commission the Wednesday following any sale.
All documents and tools
Out of stock and out of print list
Links to all business sites (OrderPro, E-Commerce Site)
Username: Brand Partner ID
Email: The email you used when you signed up
PIN: The PIN you entered when you signed up
After logging in, you can set your password.
Once you're in back office, go to the left-side green navigation window
Scroll all the way down to "Business Sites" and toggle down to see the menu beneath
Click on "Update Direct Deposit"
