George is a Greek Australian. spent the greater part of his educational years, playing around with such people as Plato, Socrates, Aristotle, Sophocles and other such Very important Athenian intellectuals.
He has translated all of the surviving ancient Greek plays, a great many of the lyrical poets and some well chosen delicacies from Plato's huge philosophical table.
He is a published author and a splendid poet himself and he spends these days lecturing or tutoring with the U3A (The University of the third age), loves everything he does and does everything to his full ability and to the exhaustion of his energy.
