As you begin to look at the various responsibilities of different positions, we encourage you to devote time and thought to which role seems right for you. We want you to really take these questions to heart and attempt to answer each one. They are purely a guide but the reflection will prove helpful throughout the rest of the process. Ask yourself these questions:
What positions have I enjoyed in the past?
What am I passionate about?
How do I manage responsibility?
What impact do I want to leave on BBYO Central Region West?
What position will allow me to make those changes?
