Staff Interviews

The staff interview with one of CRW's Staff Members serves the purpose of allowing you to form relationships with these incredible people from the beginning, enabling you to start your next year off strong, and giving you the opportunity to begin sculpting your vision for what is practical for the upcoming year.  The staff interview must be completed by Thurdsay, April 20th.

We will be hosting staff interviews through Zoom. Please plan to have your video on and remove distractions so we can ensure an equitable experience.

The staff member who will interview you will reach out to you directly to schedule your meeting after you have signed and submitted your contract.

While you do not need to prepare anything for this meeting, we encourage you to come prepared to talk honestly about your vision. This is your chance to talk with a Staff Member and get honest feedback, as well as begin to create a shared vision to start next term off strong.
