Each declared candidate is allowed to distribute a PRE-APPROVED platform during elections. All candidates must submit their platforms no later than Tuesday, April 18th to the email inbox of:
For AZA Candidates: Negev Geri (crwbbyogodol@gmail.com) and Matt Tick (mtick@bbyo.org)
For BBG Candidates: Noga Rafalin (crwbbyonsiah@gmail.com) and Matt Tick (mtick@bbyo.org)
Should platforms not be received by this date, you will NOT be allowed to use your platform at Regional Elections.
On the day of elections, you will be expected to directly find Negev (for AZA candidates) or Noga (for BBG candidates) to check that they are the same ones as approved. If the platform a candidate brings to Elections is not the platform received and approved by Negev/Noga, that candidate will NOT be able to use it. Obviously, if a candidate was asked to make changes, and those changes were made, their platform may be distributed.
Please read the following guidelines very carefully, and do not hesitate to ask any questions. If any changes have to be made you will be notified, and you will need time to correct them before Regional Elections on April 30th. The final version of your platform will be due on Tuesday, April 25th. It is suggested that platforms are submitted as early as possible. Don’t leave it for the last minute– you should not print all of your platforms until they have been approved by Negev or Noga.
