As discussed in terms of avoiding plagiarism and using APA Style - those techniques are so important in part because they demonstrate your ability to think critically and understand advanced topics.
But before you can do that effectively, you need to read about advanced topics. This method will help you read and then reiterate effectively.

This reading method applies to all articles EXCEPT review articles. Review articles often must be scanned in full to be sure you don't miss any relevant parts.
All articles will be discussed in person, even if you are asked to comment about them on paper or in an online assignment. If you are asked to turn something in, we recommend accessing and then COPYing (go to the File menu to find that) the above Google Doc, then just fill it out for the article you're reading.
