One of the main things you need to get into a good graduate program is research experience. That's why all the various parts of research are things you'll focus on in this program.
Before you're allowed to be a part of research at the UA, you are legally required to complete what is known as the Human Subjects Protection Program: CITI Training. CITI is an online training program used for assessing if researchers working with human subjects understand the important ethical concerns related to this kind of work.
CITI is used by institutions worldwide to train their researchers, so this is very good practice. (You'll likely need to complete different modules via CITI at every institution you attend/work at from now on if you continue to be involved in research.)
You should now be certified in Human Subject Protection - good work! The next steps will be to do some review of plagiarism, APA formatting, how to read a research article, and a few other basics to ensure you know how to get yourself off to a good start in this training program.

These were made in 2015 so things may have changed a bit, however if you're having issues they may be helpful.
