Monday's Question: Which is easier to calculate 50% of $18 OR 18% of $50?

Hint: 50% is the same as 0.5 which is the same as One Half which is the same as dividing by 2.

Hint: 18% is the same as 0.18. Percent means "out of 100".

Friday's Question: Can you skim over the Mighty Maths workbooks and find ONE fact that is NEW to YOU?

Hint: Do not just answer Yes or No, screenshot the page and explain the fact.

Hint: If you know everything in the Year 6 books, look at the year 7 books.

Hint: The answer pages are at the end, they have clear headings and make it easy to get an overview of the book.
