1. You can create a design using straight lines only.
2. The format of a straight line graph is y=mx+c
3. m is the slope or gradient - pick a number
4. c is the vertical shift - pick a number
5. Use > and < to shade either side of your line
6. Try y=x and y=-x to start. Then try y=2x+4 and continue to play with changing the numbers to create a design.
