Ivory Floral Cope with Red Velvet Orphreys

Inventory No 505, silk cope- A cope of ivory silk woven with a meandering design of roses and carnations in red and blue. The orphrey’s are red velvet with a braid of red and ivory encasing the panels. The hood is attached and is of the same base material edged with a silver metal braid and fringing. The velvet and braid are later additions, replacing sections which had worn away.
