Remember to upload within 6 hours after the event has ended
Every week, upload chosen photos and videos to our club's Facebook and Instagram
Ensure that these are all equipped with a title, date, watermark, and our club logo
Upload all photos & Videos within 3 days
Name the photo folder with the date, event name, and creator name (photographer name)
In your photo folder, create a red folder called ‘selected’.
Have to transfer ownership to uqhac2021@gmail.com and share to execs@uqhac.com with editor access.
The ‘selected’ folder includes the types of photos/ videos mentioned below.

Make sure that the craft is visble to the camera.
If participants are forward-facing, it would be good to capture clear photos of them smiling while holding up their art.
This is usually done during our Wednesday stalls and our events.

All photos should have a watermark unique to HAC.
