When a conflict arises among the top executive members of the club—specifically within the Top 3, including the President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Vice Presidents—the Founder has the authority to initiate a Conflict Resolution Meeting. This meeting must be held within five (5) working days in order to promptly address and resolve internal issues and prevent any disruption to the club’s normal operations.
No member of the club shall act in a way that harms the collective interests of the organization. If such behavior occurs, the Founder reserves the right to initiate and exercise the powers of impeachment, dismissal, and veto.
The Founder holds the right to unilaterally veto any activity, appointment, or decision that is deemed to compromise the collective interests of the club.
Actions or decisions considered harmful to the club’s collective interest include, but are not limited to:
Sexual harassment
Workplace bullying
Bribery
In the case of such behavior, the Founder may decide, at their discretion, whether to report the matter to relevant departments, senior authorities, or governmental bodies.
The Founder and all sponsors must consistently adhere to the following three core principles:
Actively create better conditions for the development of the club.
Make all work-related decisions based on the club’s collective interest, not personal gain.
Manage club affairs in accordance with the constitution and its provisions.

发起矛盾会议:当社团管理高层,特指Top 3,president ,secretory, treasurer , vice T3之间发生矛盾,创始人可以发起矛盾会议,并于5个工作日内尽快解决内部问题,以防影响社团日常运作。
弹劾:社团任何成员不能损害社团集体利益,否则创始人有权发起并行驶,弹劾,开除和一票否决权。

创始人与赞助者必须时刻遵守3个社团原则:
为社团的发展创造更好的条件。
一切工作内,职责内的行为判断以社团利益而非个人利益为主。

I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to PQ for their outstanding contributions to the UQ Handcraft & Art Club, as well as to our affiliated startup and nonprofit organization.
PQ has consistently demonstrated exceptional communication and coordination skills, coupled with strong adaptability and confidence in handling unexpected situations—qualities that have allowed them to stand out in their work.
As the Founder of the club, what I appreciate most about PQ is their remarkable initiative and drive, far beyond what is typical for their age group.
