Top 3 + Vice Position reference & recommendation letter
When a conflict arises among the club’s senior executive members — specifically within the Top 3 (President, Secretary, and Treasurer) and Vice Presidents — the Founder has the authority to initiate a Conflict Resolution Meeting. Such a meeting must be convened within 5 working days to ensure timely resolution of internal issues and to prevent disruption to the club’s normal operations.
No member of the club shall act in a manner that harms the collective interests of the organisation. In the event of such conduct, the Founder reserves the right to initiate impeachment proceedings and to exercise the powers of dismissal and veto, where necessary.
The Founder reserves the right to unilaterally veto any activity, appointment, or decision that is deemed to compromise the collective interests of the club.
Actions or decisions considered harmful to the club’s collective interests include, but are not limited to:
Sexual harassment
Workplace bullying
Bribery
In the event of such conduct, the Founder may, at their discretion, determine whether the matter should be reported to relevant departments, senior authorities, or appropriate governmental bodies.
The Founder and all sponsors must consistently adhere to the following core principles:
Actively foster conditions that support the sustainable development of the club.
Make all work-related decisions in the best interests of the club, rather than for personal gain.
Manage all club affairs in accordance with the club’s constitution and its provisions.

发起矛盾会议:当社团管理高层,特指Top 3 (president ,secretary, treasurer )与 vice T3之间发生矛盾,创始人可以发起矛盾会议,并于5个工作日内尽快解决内部问题,以防影响社团日常运作。
弹劾:社团任何成员不能损害社团集体利益,否则创始人有权发起并行驶,弹劾,开除和一票否决权。
一票否决权:创始人可以一票否决任何损害社团集体利益的活动,人选以及其他选择。
任何损害社团集体利益的选择,包括但不限于:
性骚扰,职场霸凌,受贿,
涉及以上行为,创始人依情况判断是否向相关部门,上级,以及有关政府部门进行举报。
创始人与赞助者必须时刻遵守3个社团原则:
为社团的发展创造更好的条件。
一切工作内,职责内的行为判断以社团利益而非个人利益为主。
