Before Wednesday: ~3 hours to organise the stall equipment list and prepare materials
On Wednesday: ~7.5 hours (8:30 am–4:00 pm) managing stall operations
After Wednesday: ~3 hours to return equipment to storage and clear trolleys
Total Weekly Hours:
Minimum: 7.5 hours/week
Maximum: 13.5 hours/week
