The HAC Event Planner and Coordinator will be responsible for organising and managing all events hosted by the club. This role requires organisational and communication skills to ensure the successful execution of club events.
Brainstorm with admin team for event ideas and themes:
Social gatherings
Workshops
HAC events
University collaboration events (UQU, other clubs)
Develop detailed event plans, including:
Content
Location
Time
Setup
Materials
Communicate with partners/collaborators for event details
Recruit and communicate with volunteers for events
Work with social media and marketing teams to create:
Posters
Social media posts and announcements (FB, IG, WeChat, SMS)
Tickets (Rubric)
Work with finance team to determine:
Budget
Ticket pricing
Through Rubric:
Create events page
Write clear and informative event descriptions
Update members about events
SMS

Event Feedback
Manage event setup, including:
Ensuring the availability of materials and equipment
Arrangement of materials and equipment at venue
