Refund Policy
- On a case by case basis
Terms & conditions:
- 1. If ticket holder is more than 15 mins late without prior notice, the seat will be given away to walk-ins (no refund)*.
  2. No refunds are available for no-shows without 24-hour prior notice to UQHAC.
  3. Walk-in participants will pay full price for tickets.
  4. Tickets are only refundable up to 24 hours before the event.

* In the case of no walk-ins present, ticket holders can still attend if (15 mins) late

- “Allow only club members to buy this ticket” UNCHECKED

HAC Member Ticket - 30% off
- Majority of tickets
- “Allow only club members to buy this ticket” CHECKED
- Only EXISTING CLUB MEMBERS’ boxes are checked

Admin benefit ticket - 50% off
- Max 2-5 tickets
- Only EXISTING ADMIN’s box is checked
