All UPHS Students attending Prom 2018—

Attached you will find the pictures packages for Prom 2018. Please make sure to review this with your friends and family.

All CHECKS need to be made out to the KENNY SHOW. If you have questions, please email Kenny, the photographer, directly at www.thekennyshow.com and click on CONTACT.

If you want to PRE-ORDER your PROM 2018 Pictures, you can by doing

the following:

Write your name on the attached Picture Order Form

Circle the PACKAGE(S) you want

Submit CASH/CHECK for the amount you will owe

Place Order Form and Payment in an ENVELOPE—Write Your FIRST & LAST NAME on the envelope and write Pictures PROM 2018

Give to Ms. Helen by Friday, April 27 at 1pm
