UPHS Club Application & Renewal Google Form Information for 2023-2024 DUE Friday, August 25 @ 2:00pm

Please access the Club Application for new clubs and clubs that want to renew their membership by clicking on this link, UPHS Club Website. This link takes you to the UPHS Club Website. Then, click on the tab "Club Application/Renewal Form" and complete the form.  

Once you have submitted the form to start or renew your club, please email Dr. Feller at helenm@uphsconnect.org.

All Clubs need to submit their Application/Renewal Form by Friday, August 25 @2pm to be considered for club status for the 2023-2024 school year and to be eligible to participate in Club Rush in September. Additionally, all Club Leaders need to attend the Club Leader Boot Camp on September 1 @8:00am in Yokut 7

FYI: PSO Fall Carnival (MAJOR CLUB FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITY) is on Saturday, October 5th from 12pm-4pm and Club Set up will start at 10:00am :)
