UPHS Clubs 2023-24

This website houses all relevant information for the active clubs at UPHS.  

If you would like to START a club at UPHS here are the steps you need to follow:

            1.  Email Mrs. Block (amberb@uphsconnect.org) stating your interest to start a club

            2.  Make sure you have 10-15 students who support the idea of your club and plan to join your club 

            3.  Find an adviser (UPHS teacher),  a location, a day, and time to meet  

**FYI (Teachers are only advising 2-3 clubs - Some teachers already have all the clubs they can advise)

            4.  Complete the UPHS Club Application/Renewal Google Form (See tab above)

            5.  Send Mrs. Block an email once you have submitted your club form

    6.  Once all information has been verified - Mrs. Block will send you an email and ask for a bulletin announcement

If you would like to RENEW an existing club at UPHS here are the steps you need to follow:

            1.  Email Mrs. Block (amberb@uphsconnect.org) stating your interest to RENEW a club

            2.  Make sure you have 10-15 students who support the idea of RENEWING this club and plan to join this club 

            3.  Speak with the adviser (UPHS teacher) from last year to see if she/he plans to continue advising this club

            4.  Work with your advisor to determine a location, a day, and time for the club to meet

            5.  Complete the UPHS Club Application/Renewal Google Form (See tab above)

            6.  Send Mrs. Block an email once you have submitted your club form

            7.  Once all information has been verified - Mrs. Block will send you an email and ask for a bulletin announcement
